Jeevan - I see to that, the photos published in my blogs are taken by me at some point of time. By the way I was also doing professional photography when I was in India. Yes I took those pictures. It was a early morning in Manchester station. They are not called as Bullet trains.

Reflex - I always admired train journeys. Even today train journeys facinate me. I just thought what those trains would have spoken to each other.... and thus got the title.

Journeys in local trains here in India is not at all enjoyable. I like train journeys if I have a reserved seat. :-)

Jo one of my wish is to travel India from Kanyakumari to Kashmir by train. (May be reserved, unreserved, but not sure by A/c coach). You tend to lose many things when you travel by closed windows... that is in A/C coach. Let me see.

Jo, I promise you indha oorlayum train journeys are not enjoyable especially during peak hours the trains are packed out like sardines. I like long distance journeys in India, hmmmm

Balaji,
Nalla imagination - train thangalukkul enna pesumo :).

Narayanan sir:
Hope you started learning proper Tamil.

@Balaji -- I'd like to do that too. :-) But then again in a reserved coach or if the local compartment is not crowdy, I'd prefer that too. I've never travelled in an A/C coach. :-)

@WickedAngel -- That's new info to me! Yeah, long journeys are good, if I have my camera, and walkman.

Jo - Aaaha konjam wait pannunga I will be back in UK in April. Will take some lovely photographs of packed out trains there. The only difference is that since the doors are closed you dont have people hanging off the stairs like they do in the Indian commuter trains, which I suppose is extremely dangerous.

Randomthoughts-Earlier I used to visit my friends at Manchester during weekends. I used to come back on Monday Morning. Only if I could leave there in the early morning I can come back to my place and then go for work.

Wicked angel- Please do come in April and send photos. I have photos of people crowded in UK too.Whatever you say the crowd is not like in India. Our crowd is special in so many ways.
