A small road side park

We were just walking after a short bus journey in Edinburgh. WAIT !!!Something in my mind asked me to brake for a break. Took my camera saw this park through the viewfinder. I thought I cannot wait for this light. It is very rare to get such lighting that too in Edinburgh. My friend's wife who was my guide for the city tour was walking ahead. I did not have the mind to call her to stop for a minute. Just clicked after setting the right aperture and shutter speed. This was also my screen saver for a long time. I love this picture very much.

Good one Balaji. Yeah...like you've told me once upon a time..good natural light is the way to go. Very nice photos with doves sitting and the color of the leavers (or are those the flowers..can't be during winter I guess ) on the trees..and those colors..!! Amazing work of art.

Jeevan- Yes. Sunlight is important for picture. Photography is called as painting with light.

Narayanan- Thanks da. Just enlarge this picture and have it as your desktop and look at it from a distance it will look great. They are bouganvilla flowers. This was taken during summer. The next minute light went off.

Ravi - yes you are right.

Jo - thanks dude.

Nallavan - thanks dude.

Visithra - thanks.

Chakra - Himalayas is just a dream. Next should be some more mountains in Scotland and then Ben Nevis. My fitness level has gone down. I have put on weight. Once get back to fitness then should be alright for hill climbing again.

Dubukku - Yes. Ready to give tips. No problem.
